Fresh Tomato Salsa

Yield : 3 cups

Ingredients

8 ripe plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/3 cups finely minced sweet white onion
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Method

combine the tomatoes, onion garlic, jalapeno and cilantro. Stir together until well mixed. Season to taste with salt.

Serve at room temperature
